I use external DNS at GoDaddy: A @ → 75.2.60.5 and CNAME www → heartfelt-cocada-4fe0c8.netlify.app. DNS is fully propagated and verified from multiple resolvers. There is a single A record, no AAAA, CAA, or DNSSEC records, and no Netlify DNS zone exists for this domain (checked the team DNS page).
The Let’s Encrypt certificate will not provision. Domain settings show “doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” and HTTPS returns a certificate error, while heartfelt-cocada-4fe0c8.netlify.app loads fine. Earlier I removed/re-added the domain and clicked Renew certificate, which I suspect left validation in a stuck state; I’ve since left it alone and the automatic retries (24h+ window) have not succeeded.
Could support please clear the stuck certificate/validation state on the backend and force re-provisioning? Thank you.
