# SSL renewal warning: “www.prajatarora.com doesn't appear to be served by Netlify” despite DNS verification and working HTTPS

Hi team,

I’m experiencing an SSL/TLS renewal issue on my Netlify site.

Site details:

- Netlify subdomain: heroic-pie-93756f.netlify.app

- Custom domain: [prajatarora.com](http://prajatarora.com)

- Primary domain: [www.prajatarora.com](http://www.prajatarora.com/)

- Registrar: Namecheap

- SSL provider: Let’s Encrypt (managed by Netlify)

Issue:  
Netlify displays the warning:

“[www.prajatarora.com](http://www.prajatarora.com/) doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify. We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved.”

Current status:

- DNS verification completed successfully

- SSL certificate was issued successfully

- Both domains load correctly:

- HTTP → HTTPS works

- Domain redirect works correctly

DNS records configured in Namecheap:

- A Record  
Host: @  
Value: 75.2.60.5

- CNAME Record  
Host: www  
Value: heroic-pie-93756f.netlify.app

Actions already attempted:

- Waited for DNS propagation

- Retried DNS verification

- Renew certificate

- Confirmed no Cloudflare proxy/CDN is enabled

- Confirmed no duplicate DNS records exist

Question:  
Since traffic and SSL are already functioning, could support check why renewal validation still reports that www is not served by Netlify and whether certificate renewal mapping needs to be repaired?

Hey @prajatarora! it does look like there have since been some changes to proxy this domain via Cloudflare:

```auto
dig +short www.prajatarora.com
172.67.179.216
104.21.64.89

```

That said, it looks like the Cloudflare config is properly resolving to Netlify’s infrastructure, and we were able to renew the certificate. Please let us know if there is anything else we can look into.
