SSL Provisioning temporarily disabled - custom domain served by Netlify but certificate not issued

Hello Netlify Support team,

I need help with SSL provisioning for my site.

Site name: gentle-llama-a33633.netlify.app

My custom domain is chatundec.org and I also added the www version as a domain alias.

DNS is managed externally at DonWeb.

Current DNS setup:

  • Apex domain uses A record to 75.2.60.5
  • WWW uses CNAME to the Netlify site subdomain

I already removed an inactive Netlify DNS zone for this domain because the domain is managed externally.

Both custom domains are correctly served by Netlify. I verified with curl and both responses show:

Server: Netlify

However, the HTTPS section still shows:

“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because too many recent CertOrder creation with the site.”

The current certificate only includes the old oresobservatorio domain, not the new chatundec domain.

When opening the new domain in Chrome, the site loads but Chrome shows a certificate issued to *.netlify.app, so the browser marks it as not secure.

Could you please clear/reset the SSL provisioning state or manually trigger a clean certificate issuance for the custom domain and its www version?

Thank you.
