SSL provisioning stuck for check.china-mobile-phones.com — "certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate"

Custom domain: check.china-mobile-phones.com
Repo: private GitHub repo (goal139168-code/china-phone-checker), static HTML site, no build command, publish directory set to root

Issue:
DNS verification for my custom domain succeeds every time (“DNS verification was successful”). But when I click “Provision certificate,” I get the error:

certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate

What I’ve already tried:

  • Verified DNS propagation is correct via whatsmydns.net (CNAME check.china-mobile-phones.com → leafy-dieffenbachia-5e1364.netlify.app)
  • Re-ran “Verify DNS configuration” — succeeds every time
  • Retried “Provision certificate” multiple times — same error each time
  • This appears to be a known issue based on similar reports in this forum, where the cause was a stale/stuck certificate record on the backend rather than a DNS misconfiguration

Could someone please reset/clear the certificate state for this site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate? Thank you.
