SSL provisioning stuck for 8+ days on custom domain popuptech.com.br

Hi Netlify team,

My custom domain popuptech.com.br has been added to Netlify since Aug 21.
DNS is configured correctly:

  • A popuptech.com.br → 75.2.60.5 / 99.83.229.22
  • CNAME www.popuptech.com.br → splendid-lebkuchen-59d65e.netlify.app

DNS has been propagated for over 8 days.
However, Let’s Encrypt SSL provisioning is stuck and my site still shows a certificate mismatch (*.netlify.app).

Could you please reset the SSL provisioning for popuptech.com.br?

Please remove the A record pointing to 99.83.229.22, as it’s incorrect. Once that change propagates, we’ll provision the SSL certificate.
