Hi Netlify team,
My custom domain has been stuck at “Waiting on DNS propagation” for the SSL/TLS certificate for over 10 hours, despite DNS verification repeatedly succeeding.
Site name: pkbm-id
Custom domain: pkbm.web.id
DNS setup: Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4.p08.nsone.net)
DNS records: pkbm.web.id and www.pkbm.web.id both show “Netlify DNS” confirmed with green checkmark in Domain management, both pointing to pkbm-id.netlify.app
Current symptom: http://pkbm.web.id loads correctly, but https://pkbm.web.id does not work (no SSL certificate provisioned yet).
What I’ve tried:
- Clicked “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times → consistently returns “DNS verification was successful”
- After refreshing the page, status reverts back to “Waiting on DNS propagation”
- Checked https://letsdebug.net/pkbm.web.id for the http-01 challenge → result is “All OK”, no issues found
Since DNS is confirmed correct both by Netlify’s own verification and by an independent third-party check (Let’s Debug), I believe this may be a stuck state on the certificate provisioning backend rather than a DNS configuration issue on my end.
Could someone from the team help manually re-trigger or reset the SSL provisioning for this domain?
