SSL provisioning fails for petshop34.com.tr after successful DNS verification

Hello,

I need help with SSL certificate provisioning for petshop34.com.tr.

I am using Netlify DNS and the nameservers are correctly delegated to:

I have already verified the following:

  • Netlify reports “DNS verification was successful.”
  • Global NS propagation is complete.
  • petshop34.com.tr resolves to Netlify.
  • www.petshop34.com.tr resolves to Netlify.
  • Let’s Debug HTTP-01 test for petshop34.com.tr returns “All OK!”
  • Let’s Debug HTTP-01 test for www.petshop34.com.tr also returns “All OK!”
  • DNSSEC/DS is not enabled at the registrar.
  • There are no manually configured A/AAAA records in the Netlify DNS zone. The NETLIFY and NETLIFYv6 records shown there are Netlify-generated records.

However, when I click “Provision certificate”, it immediately fails and shows:

“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

The domain has already been in this state for several days.

Could a Netlify staff member please check the certificate provisioning state for this site and determine whether it is stuck or failing internally?

Update: Resolved.
The SSL certificate has now been successfully provisioned automatically. HTTPS is enabled and working correctly for petshop34.com.tr.
