SSL Provisioning Disabled - Old Domain Certificate Still Attached

Current Primary Domain:

  • ersmobile dot com
  • www ersmobile dot com

Old Domain Still Attached To SSL:

  • ers-expertrepair dot com
  • www ers-expertrepair dot com

Error Message:

SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because CertAuthorization is reaching to pending limit.

Details:

My site was previously using ers-expertrepair dot com.

I have already migrated the project to ersmobile dot com.

Netlify DNS is active and verified.

Current domain configuration shows:

  • ersmobile dot com (Primary Domain)
  • www ersmobile dot com

The project deploy is working correctly.

However the SSL certificate is still referencing:

  • ers-expertrepair dot com
  • www ers-expertrepair dot com

Could a Netlify engineer please:

  1. Clear the stale certificate request linked to the old domain
  2. Reset the CertAuthorization pending limit
  3. Re-provision SSL for ersmobile dot com
