External DNS is on GoDaddy:
- A @ → 75.2.60.5
- CNAME www → workit-kervinapps.netlify.app
http://workitapp.fit already resolves and returns Server: Netlify, so DNS/routing is correct.
The SSL/TLS certificate panel shows:
“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because too many recent CertOrder creation with the site.”
The existing Let’s Encrypt certificate only covers:
*.kervinapps.com, *.work-it.kervinapps.com, *.workit.kervinapps.com, kervinapps.com
It has never included workitapp.fit or www.workitapp.fit. There is no “Renew certificate” action available that would add the .fit domain — clicking it would only renew the existing kervinapps.com cert and risk creating another CertOrder against the lock.
It has now been several hours since the lock appeared and it has not cleared.
Could you please lift the CertOrder rate limit on this site and issue a Let’s Encrypt certificate covering workitapp.fit and www.workitapp.fit?
