Hi team,
My site agent-influenceurs was paused for bandwidth overage.
I upgraded to a paid plan and redeployed successfully.
Current status:
https://agent-influenceurs.netlify.app → HTTP 200, works perfectly
https://www.agent-influenceurs.com → HTTP 301 redirect, TLS works fine
https://agent-influenceurs.com (apex) → TLS handshake hangs at “Server Hello”,
then times out. ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED in browser.
Apex resolves to 75.2.60.5 (correct Netlify apex LB). TCP connects fine,
but TLS handshake never completes on this IP.
HTTPS section shows certificate as valid:
- Let’s Encrypt, covers agent-influenceurs.com + www.agent-influenceurs.com
- Auto-renews July 15
I’ve already tried:
- Clicking “Renew certificate” (3:05 PM today)
- Removing and re-adding the apex domain in Domain Management
- Clicking Renew again after re-adding — no timestamp change on the cert
This looks like the post-unpause cert edge-binding issue I’ve seen discussed
in other threads. The certificate exists but is not bound to the apex LB.
Could you please force a full re-provisioning on your end?
Thanks so much,
Mira
