Hi, I’m trying to provision a SSL certificate for my custom domain and I’m getting the error “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate.”
DNS verification shows successful (green check) and I’ve confirmed the A record (75.2.60.5) has propagated globally on DNSChecker.
Provisioning still fails with that error every time, which looks like a stale/stuck certificate state on the backend.
Could you please reset or clear the SSL certificate state for my site so I can provision a fresh certificate?
