Hi,
I need help from a Netlify Support engineer to make a backend change to my SSL certificate.
Site name: atlanticmusica
Custom domain: atlanticmusica.com
DNS setup: External DNS via Ionos
A record: @ → 75.2.70.75
CNAME: www → atlanticmusica.netlify.app
Certificate expires: September 11, 2026
What I need:
- Remove the wildcard (*.atlanticmusica.com) from my current certificate
- Re-issue a standard Let’s Encrypt certificate covering only atlanticmusica.com and www.atlanticmusica.com
What I have already done:
- Deleted the inactive Netlify DNS zone for atlanticmusica.com
- The Let’s Encrypt rate limit (5 failed authorizations) has already expired
Could a support engineer please make these backend changes so I can then trigger the renewal from my dashboard?
Thank you.
