Hello,
My Netlify site name is: peaceful-choux-ede3ab.netlify.app
I’m having a persistent issue with my custom domain chezxavier.fr
. It’s set as the primary domain on Netlify and DNS is fully propagated (A record points to 75.2.60.5
, and www.chezxavier.fr
is a CNAME to the Netlify subdomain).
Everything looks good in the domain configuration panel, yet in HTTPS settings, I still get this error:
chezxavier.fr doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify
We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved.
What I’ve already done:
- Verified DNS with https://dnschecker.org → everything points correctly
- Removed and re-added both
chezxavier.fr
andwww.chezxavier.fr
- Set
chezxavier.fr
as the primary domain - Tried clicking “Renew certificate” multiple times
- Waited over 24 hours since DNS changes
- I don’t see any “Disable HTTPS” button to force a reset
Could someone please help flush the domain cache or manually trigger SSL provisioning from your side?
Thanks in advance!
Jérémy
