SSL certificate won't provision — ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR — luisacencha.com

Site name: spiffy-sawine-9e54a9 Custom domain: luisacencha.com DNS provider: Namecheap (external DNS)

DNS records:

  • A record: luisacencha.com → 75.2.60.5, 99.83.190.102

  • CNAME: www → spiffy-sawine-9e54a9.netlify.app

DNS is fully propagated (verified via dig). The site loads correctly over HTTP but HTTPS fails with ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

In the Netlify dashboard under HTTPS, the message says: “DNS verification failed — luisacencha.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”

I already tried removing and re-adding the custom domain. The issue persists.

Could you please clear the stale SSL state and re-trigger Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning? Thank you.
