SSL certificate stuck / won't provision for custom domain

Hi Netlify Support,

Site: heartfelt-cocada-4fe0c8
Primary custom domain: bringlessmokingoasis.com (www.bringlessmokingoasis.com redirects to it)

I use External DNS (GoDaddy). Records are:

  • A @ → 75.2.60.5
  • CNAME www → heartfelt-cocada-4fe0c8.netlify.app

DNS is fully propagated and verified from multiple resolvers. There are no AAAA, CAA, or DNSSEC records on the domain, only a single correct A record, and there is no Netlify DNS zone for this domain in my account.

Despite this, the SSL/TLS panel is stuck on “bringlessmokingoasis.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” and the Let’s Encrypt certificate will not provision. The site loads correctly at heartfelt-cocada-4fe0c8.netlify.app. I previously tried removing/re-adding the domain and clicking Renew certificate, which may have left the validation in a stuck state; I’ve since stopped and let automatic retries run, with no change.

Could you please clear the stuck certificate/validation state for this domain and force re-provisioning?

Thanks,
Carey
