SSL certificate stuck since April 17 — silent renewal failure — site completely down

My website promentus.ca has been unreachable for several hours and I need help with a stuck SSL certificate.

Project: promentus-decemberlaunch-4b342c T

eam: tracey-tor

Domain: promentus.ca (primary), www.promentus.ca (alias)

Current situation: - Both domains show :white_check_mark: Netlify DNS in Domain Management - DNS is globally propagated — A records resolve to 98.84.224.111 and 18.208.88.157 (confirmed via Google DNS) - Latest deploy published successfully today - SSL certificate has been stuck at “Updated: Apr 17 at 7:54 PM” and will not update - Clicking “Renew certificate” and confirming the dialog completes with no error message, but the certificate date never changes - Visitors see “Your connection is not private” or 408 timeout errors I have already checked and ruled out: - CAA records (none exist) - AAAA/IPv6 records (none exist) - DNSSEC (not enabled) - Conflicting DNS zones (using Netlify DNS only)

This appears to need a manual certificate re-provision on the backend. Could a support engineer please force-renew the SSL certificate for this project?

Thank you very much.
