My project’s SSL certificate is stuck permanently “provisioning” because an attached custom domain, confluxsystems.co, uses Netlify DNS but its registrar (Webild) never delegated nameservers — so it can never validate. This locks me out of setting a new primary domain or removing any domain.
Could a staff member please:
- Remove confluxsystems.co and www.confluxsystems.co from the project
- Set confluxautomations.com as the primary domain
- Provision the certificate for confluxautomations.com only

Following up — this has been open 13 days with no response and I’m still fully blocked. confluxautomations.com shows “This Connection Is Not Private” (no SSL cert), and the stuck certificate prevents me from changing the primary domain or removing the broken one.
Could a staff member please action the steps in my original post: remove confluxsystems.co + www.confluxsystems.co, set confluxautomations.com as primary, and provision the cert for confluxautomations.com only.
