Hi Netlify Support Team,
My SSL certificate has been stuck for over 7 days and I cannot provision it.
Site name: candid-puppy-4a5229
Custom domain: ezboticsus.com and www.ezboticsus.com
Current status: Dashboard shows “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” When I click “Verify DNS configuration” it processes but the certificate never issues. I cannot change the primary domain because it says “We’re provisioning a certificate.”
The site loads correctly on mobile. DNS records are correctly configured.
Could you please manually reset and trigger the SSL certificate provisioning?
