SSL certificate stuck failing after DNSSEC removal

I am experiencing a persistent SSL provisioning issue for my site.
My nameservers are successfully pointed to Netlify DNS and have globally propagated. I initially had a DNSSEC error coming from GoDaddy, but I have completely disabled and deleted the DNSSEC records at my registrar.
My Netlify currently shows “DNS verification was successful,” but the SSL certificate fails to provision and falls back to the wildcard certificate. I have already tried removing and re-adding the custom domain, but the certificate remains stuck.
Does an engineer need to check the back-end logs for baywindowcleaning.net and www.baywindowcleaning.net and manually reset or clear the stuck ACME authorization state so a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate can be issued?

Thank you!
