Custom domain: creasynapse.ca (and www.creasynapse.ca)
Hi,
My custom domain creasynapse.ca is set up with Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4.p07.nsone.net), and it’s shown as the Primary domain in Domain management, with both creasynapse.ca and www.creasynapse.ca marked “Netlify DNS” with a green checkmark. DNS propagation is confirmed globally (verified independently via Google’s public DNS resolver and direct DNS lookups — creasynapse.ca resolves to the exact same IPs as my working whimsical-otter-8fae8f.netlify.app site).
Despite this, the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate has not been provisioned after more than 16 hours. Visiting https://creasynapse.ca returns a certificate hostname mismatch error.
The SSL/TLS certificate status in Domain management > HTTPS has also been flip-flopping: it alternates between “DNS verification was successful” and “DNS verification failed - creasynapse.ca doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” within minutes of clicking “Retry DNS verification” / “Verify DNS configuration”, with no actual DNS changes on my end in between.
I’ve tried clicking “Retry DNS verification” multiple times without success.
Could someone from the team please manually trigger certificate provisioning for this domain?
