SSL certificate stuck — DNS verification successful but certificate never provisions (irusoster.com)

Title: SSL certificate stuck — DNS verification successful but certificate never provisions (irusoster.com)

Hi Netlify Support,

My Let’s Encrypt certificate has not been provisioned for over a week, even though DNS verification succeeds every time. I believe the provisioning is stuck on your end and needs a manual reset.

Hi Netlify Support,

My Let’s Encrypt certificate has not been provisioned for over a week, even though DNS verification succeeds every time. I believe the provisioning is stuck on your end and needs a manual reset.

(Note: domains are written inside code marks because new users are limited to 6 links.)

Site details:

  • Netlify site: irusoster.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: irusoster.com (primary), plus www.irusoster.com
  • DNS: Netlify DNS, nameservers dns1-4.p02.nsone.net
  • Registrar: Shopify (nameservers successfully delegated to Netlify; Shopify confirms the domain is no longer managed by them)
  • DNS zone contains only two records: irusoster.com and www.irusoster.com, both NETLIFY type pointing to irusoster.netlify.app
  • Site deployed via Netlify Drop, published Aug 29

What I have verified:

  1. Nameservers at the registrar match the four assigned Netlify nameservers exactly.
  2. No CAA records, no AAAA records, no DNSSEC.
  3. Let’s Debug (http-01) returns “All OK - No issues were found”.
  4. The HTTPS panel shows “DNS verification was successful - We’re ready to provision a TLS certificate from Let’s Encrypt and install it on our CDN”, but no certificate is ever issued.
  5. I have clicked “Verify DNS configuration” many times over the past week with no change.
  6. I also switched the project visibility from Private to Public in case that was blocking validation, but the certificate still does not provision.

Visiting the site over HTTPS returns ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID, so it appears to still be serving the default wildcard Netlify certificate.

Since the automatic retry window has long passed, could you please manually reset the SSL state so the certificate can be provisioned?

Thank you.
