SSL certificate stuck: "certificate parameter is required" error for fleekdigitaldesk.fleekdigital.live

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m unable to provision an SSL certificate for my custom domain on Netlify. When I click “Provision certificate” I get the error:

“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

DNS verification is successful, and DNS records are correctly pointing to Netlify. It seems there is a stale/old certificate record stuck on the backend that’s blocking a fresh certificate from being provisioned.

Site name: silver-melba-898eb0.netlify.app
Custom domain: fleekdigitaldesk.fleekdigital.live
DNS provider: Cloudflare (DNS only / not proxied)
DNS records configured: CNAME fleekdigitaldesksilver-melba-898eb0.netlify.app

Steps I’ve already tried:

  • Removed and re-added the custom domain
  • Re-verified DNS configuration (successful)
  • Tried “Provision certificate” multiple times — same error each time

Could you please clear/reset the existing stale certificate record for my site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?

Thank you!

Netlify site name: guileless-lily-bec7b6.netlify.app

Custom domain: samuelawoniyi.com

The exact error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

"DNS verification succeeded, but certificate provisioning fails with this error. Could you please clear/reset the stale certificate record for this site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
