Hi, I’m having an SSL certificate provisioning issue for pazzoclips.com.
The domain is using Netlify DNS and the DNS records appear to be resolving correctly. I also ran Let’s Debug and the checks passed.
The domain has been configured for more than 24 hours, but Netlify still will not provision the SSL certificate.
I have already retried DNS verification and checked the nameservers and DNS configuration several times.
Netlify site: glowing-starburst-fee97f
Domain: pazzoclips.com
Could someone from Netlify please check whether the certificate provisioning is stuck on the Netlify side or manually reset/retry the certificate issuance?
Title: SSL certificate stuck provisioning for pazzoclips.com — requesting manual backend reset
Hello Netlify Support,
I’m having an ongoing SSL/HTTPS certificate provisioning issue with my custom domain.
Netlify site: glowing-starburst-fee97f.netlify.app
Custom domains: pazzoclips.com and www.pazzoclips.com
DNS verification has passed successfully, and I also tested pazzoclips.com with Let’s Debug, which returned OK with no reported issues.
The SSL certificate still will not provision, and this has continued for more than 24 hours. I have already checked the DNS configuration and do not want to keep changing DNS records that are currently verifying correctly.
Could a Netlify staff member please check the backend certificate provisioning state/queue for this site and perform a manual reset or flush of the certificate state if necessary?
Thank you for your help.
