SSL certificate stuck after successful DNS verification — planetariodesierradelaventana.com.ar

Hi, my custom domain planetariodesierradelaventana.com.ar (and www) has been
stuck for over 2 days. DNS verification shows a green checkmark (“DNS
verification was successful”), but the Let’s Encrypt certificate never
provisions, even after clicking “Renew certificate” multiple times. The site
still shows as not secure in the browser (tested in incognito and on mobile
data too).

  • Site name: planetariodesierradelaventana.netlify.app
  • Using Netlify DNS (nameservers dns1-4.p02.nsone.net, confirmed correctly
delegated at the registrar, NIC Argentina)
  • DNSChecker.org shows NS records propagated globally (all green except two
    minor locations)
  • Checked with Let’s Debug, no CAA or DNSSEC issues found

Could you please check for a stale certificate record and manually reset the
SSL state so a fresh certificate can be issued?

Update: I removed both the primary domain and the www alias completely
from Domain management, waited, and re-added them fresh. DNS verification
shows successful again, but the certificate still hasn’t provisioned —
same “Waiting on DNS propagation” / no “Renew certificate” button state
as before. This confirms it’s not a DNS configuration issue on my end.
Please reset the SSL/certificate state for this domain.

Resolved — swapping the primary domain (www ↔ apex) and back triggered a fresh certificate. Thanks!"
