I’m getting the below error when trying to renew my SSL certificate:
- Netlify site name. skool-auctions.netlify.app
- Domain name: skoolauctions.com
- Error message: SniCertificate::CertificateValidationError: Unable to verify challenge for *.skoolauctions.com: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.skoolauctions.com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain
- I did all the troubleshooting suggestions from Ask Netlify.
- Other information: My DNS is configured in Namecheap, and the site has been running for 3 months with SSL enabled. I received the error message via email regarding the SSL renewal error
