Site name: incandescent-valkyrie-2b1d07
Domain: maryamidris.com
Using Netlify DNS — nameservers confirmed correctly pointing to dns1.p07.nsone.net through dns4.p07.nsone.net
I’m unable to provision an SSL/TLS certificate for my custom domain. The error is:
“DNS verification failed - maryamidris.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
Troubleshooting already done:
- Confirmed via external DNS lookups (Google/Cloudflare resolvers) that nameservers and A records correctly point to Netlify
- No CAA records present
- No AAAA (IPv6) records present
- No DNSSEC enabled
- No leftover _acme-challenge TXT records
- Domain was previously connected to a Framer project; that custom domain connection has been fully removed from Framer
Despite all of this, certificate provisioning still fails with the same “not served by Netlify” error. I suspect there may be a stuck or inactive DNS zone state left over from the Framer migration. Could someone from the Netlify team take a look at the backend provisioning state for this domain/site?
Thank you!
