SSL certificate provisioning fails - "certificate parameter is required" for policy-track.in

Hi Netlify Support,

I am having an issue provisioning a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my site. DNS verification has passed successfully, but when I click “Provision certificate,” I receive the following error:

“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

It appears there may be a stale or corrupted certificate record attached to my project that is blocking the new one. Could you please reset/clear the certificate state for my site so I can reprovision it?
