Hi Netlify Support,
I’m having an SSL certificate provisioning issue with my custom domain.
Netlify site: dapper-praline-04a434.netlify.app
Primary domain: studiorafit.ir
Domain alias: www.studiorafit.ir
DNS provider: Netlify DNS
The domain’s DNS verification is successful in Netlify, and both studiorafit.ir and www.studiorafit.ir show the green Netlify DNS status.
The four Netlify nameservers are also publicly propagated:

dns3.p05.nsone.net -
dns4.p05.nsone.net
I have also confirmed that the nameservers are visible from multiple public DNS resolvers.
However, Let’s Encrypt certificate provisioning has been failing for more than a week with:
We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.
After trying to verify/provision again, I am now also getting an error along the lines of:
certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate
I have already checked the DNS configuration and the nameserver delegation is correct. DNS verification itself succeeds.
Could you please check whether there is a stale/broken SSL certificate state associated with this site and reset/clear the existing certificate state so that a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate can be provisioned?
