Hello Netlify Support,
I need help with SSL certificate provisioning for my custom domain: portalcasadaliteratura.com.br.
Netlify successfully verifies my DNS configuration. The apex domain is pointing to 75.2.60.5, and the www subdomain is also configured for Netlify.
However, when I click Provision certificate for Let’s Encrypt, Netlify returns the following error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
Because DNS verification succeeds but certificate provisioning fails, it appears that there may be a stale or existing SSL certificate state associated with this site on the Netlify backend.
Could Netlify Support please check and, if necessary, reset/flush the existing SSL certificate state, so that a new Let’s Encrypt certificate can be provisioned?
Custom domain: portalcasadaliteratura.com.br
Netlify site: casa-da-literatura.netlify.app
Thank you very much for your assistance.
