SSL certificate not provisioning — NETLIFY DNS records, DNS verification successful, please reset

Hi Netlify Support,

My SSL/TLS certificate has not been provisioned for my custom domain, despite DNS verification reporting as successful. I believe the provisioning is stuck on the backend and needs a manual reset.

Site details:

  • Netlify site: moelekertuinen.netlify.app
  • Primary custom domain: moelekertuinen.nl
  • Also configured: www.moelekertuinen.nl

DNS setup:

  • Using Netlify DNS (nameservers: dns1-4.p08.nsone.net)
  • DNS zone contains only two records:
    • moelekertuinen.nl — NETLIFY — moelekertuinen.netlify.app
    • www.moelekertuinen.nl — NETLIFY — moelekertuinen.netlify.app
  • No AAAA records
  • No CAA records
  • No DS record at the .nl parent (DNSSEC is clean)

Current symptoms:

  • Netlify dashboard reports “DNS verification was successful”
  • HTTP reaches Netlify and serves the site correctly
  • HTTPS reaches Netlify, but Netlify serves the default *.netlify.app certificate — not a certificate for moelekertuinen.nl
  • curl fails with: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'moelekertuinen.nl'
  • Clicking “Renew certificate” does not resolve the issue

Request: Could a support engineer please manually reset or re-trigger SSL certificate provisioning for moelekertuinen.nl and www.moelekertuinen.nl?
