Hello Netlify Support,
My site (Netlify subdomain: sensational-sawine-eb43a3.netlify.app) has the custom domain maklervpmp.cz set as primary, with www.maklervpmp.cz redirecting to it. I use external DNS (registrar Webglobe).
Problem: In Domain management the HTTPS section shows “DNS verification was successful”, but the Let’s Encrypt certificate has NOT been provisioned for ~18 hours. The site still loads as “Not secure”.
Everything I have already done:
- Apex A record: maklervpmp.cz → 75.2.60.5
- www: changed from an A record to a CNAME → sensational-sawine-eb43a3.netlify.app (per your recommendation)
- Removed a conflicting AAAA (IPv6) record on www that pointed to my old host; no AAAA records remain
- No CAA records on the domain
- Disabled DNSSEC at the registrar
- Removed and re-added the custom domain in Netlify to force a fresh provisioning attempt
I also ran the domain through letsdebug.net (method HTTP-01) and it returns “All OK — No issues were found with maklervpmp.cz”, so Let’s Encrypt is able to validate and issue, but Netlify still does not provision the certificate.
Could you please manually trigger / provision the Let’s Encrypt certificate for maklervpmp.cz and www.maklervpmp.cz on your end?
Thank you very much for your help.
