SSL certificate not provisioning after successful DNS verification and Let's Debug

Hello,

I’m having an SSL certificate provisioning issue for my Netlify site.

Site name: k-chicken-lao
Netlify site: k-chicken-lao.netlify.app
Custom domain: k-chickenlao.com
Domain alias: www.k-chickenlao.com
DNS provider: Gabia (external DNS)

The site is successfully deployed and Production shows “Published”.

I have checked the following:

  • Apex A record points to 75.2.60.5.
  • www is a CNAME to k-chicken-lao.netlify.app.
  • DNS propagation is complete.
  • There is no apex AAAA record.
  • There is no CAA restriction.
  • DNSSEC is not enabled.
  • Netlify shows “DNS verification was successful”.
  • Let’s Debug HTTP-01 reports “All OK!”.
  • The site was redeployed successfully.

However, opening k-chickenlao.com with HTTPS still gives:

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Could you please check the certificate provisioning state and retrigger or reset the Let’s Encrypt certificate if necessary?

Thank you.

Hello! My primary domain is currently seekiq.com, but I need to completely remove it and use seekiq.ru as my primary domain.

seekiq.ru is already added as a domain alias and uses Netlify DNS.

However, SSL provisioning for seekiq.com is stuck. Netlify shows:

“We’re provisioning a certificate for your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes.”

The DNS for seekiq.com has already been removed because I no longer want to use this domain. The SSL/TLS section shows:

“DNS verification failed — seekiq.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify.”

Because the certificate provisioning is stuck, I cannot set seekiq.ru as the primary domain or remove seekiq.com.

Could you please reset/cancel the stuck SSL certificate provisioning state so I can set seekiq.ru as the primary domain and remove seekiq.com?
