SSL certificate not provisioned after 48 hours despite successful DNS verification

Hello Netlify Support,

The SSL certificate for tssidiguardforce.com.my has not been provisioned after approximately 48 hours.

Netlify site: subtle-puffpuff-139d23.netlify.app
Primary domain: tssidiguardforce.com.my
Domain alias: www.tssidiguardforce.com.my
DNS provider: Netlify DNS

Both domains show “Netlify DNS” with green check marks. Clicking “Retry DNS verification” repeatedly returns “DNS verification was successful”, but the SSL certificate is still not being issued.

Both domains also pass the Let’s Debug HTTP-01 test:

There are no conflicting AAAA or CAA records, and DNSSEC is not enabled. The website works through HTTP and the Netlify subdomain, but the custom domain still shows “Not Secure”.

Could someone from the Netlify team please check or restart the certificate provisioning process?

Update: The “Provision certificate” button appeared after successful DNS verification. I clicked it once, but Netlify immediately returned:

“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Please check the certificate provisioning error on Netlify’s side.
