Site name: jolly-macaron-0fd638
I have a custom domain, joinstylelab.com, set as my primary domain with a valid SSL certificate. I also have www.joinstylelab.com added as a domain alias — CNAME correctly points to jolly-macaron-0fd638.netlify.app and DNS is fully verified (confirmed via external DNS lookup, no CAA restrictions, no conflicting records).
The problem: my SSL certificate only lists joinstylelab.com under “Domains,” not www.joinstylelab.com. Visitors going to the www version get a browser security warning (certificate hostname mismatch).
I’ve clicked “Renew certificate” twice in Domain Management → HTTPS, and the certificate still only covers the apex domain — the “Updated” timestamp doesn’t change to reflect a new domain being added.
Could someone manually reissue the certificate to include both joinstylelab.com and www.joinstylelab.com as SANs?
