Ssl certificate issue - swastik.life

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.

  • Netlify site name: swastik-life.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: swastik.life (with www.swastik.life as alias)
  • DNS: Managed entirely by Netlify DNS — the zone contains only the system NETLIFY/NETLIFYv6 records pointing to swastik-life.netlify.app
  • DNS verification: Successful :white_check_mark:
  • Error on clicking “Provision certificate”: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

It appears there’s a stale/stuck certificate record on the backend blocking a fresh provision. Could you please clear/reset the existing certificate state for my site so I can provision a new Let’s Encrypt certificate?
