My custom domain collection-mimine.com has had an SSL certificate issue for several weeks. The dashboard shows “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain,” but the behavior is intermittent: roughly 50% of requests to https://collection-mimine.com load correctly, the other 50% show a certificate mismatch security warning — same device, same network, same link, no changes on my end.
I’ve ruled out every client-side cause: AAAA records, multiple A records, CAA records, DNSSEC, domain redirects, and primary domain configuration are all correct. I also ran Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) against the domain using http-01 validation, and it returned “All OK — No issues were found.”
Given DNS and validation are confirmed clean externally, this points to an issue on Netlify’s side — possibly inconsistent certificate deployment across edge/CDN nodes. Could you please check server-side and force a full certificate re-sync for this domain?
