SSL Certificate Failure After DNS Verification Successful for gobruver.com

Hi Netlify team,

My Netlify site name is: gobruver.netlify.app

I am unable to provision the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain gobruver.com.

DNS is correctly configured at my registrar (Google Workspace):

  • A @ → 75.2.60.5
  • A @ → 99.83.190.102
  • CNAME www → gobruver.netlify.app

Domain verification passes, but SSL provisioning fails with this error:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Could you please help me trigger or force the SSL certificate provisioning?

Thanks in advance,
Felisa Fernandez

Hi @Felisa,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Netlify’s Support Forums!

Could you try removing the A Record that points to 99.83.190.102? You should only need the 75.2.60.5 IP address.

After the change has propagated, the SSL certificate should be provisioned or you can try pressing Verify DNS verification on this page.

Let us know if you have any questions.
