SSL certificate expired and won't renew

i, my SSL certificate expired on June 10 and I can’t renew it. Every time I click “Renew certificate” I get this error:

SniCertificate::CertificateValidationError: Unable to verify challenge for *.premierworks.io: No TXT record found at _acme-challenge.premierworks.io

Site: enchanting-cocada-7978ac.netlify.app Custom domain: premierworks.io

I’ve checked everything on my end:

  • Domain is on Netlify DNS (dns1-4.p04.nsone.net) :white_check_mark:
  • DNS zone is active with 7 records :white_check_mark:
  • No CAA records blocking Let’s Encrypt :white_check_mark:
  • The _acme-challenge TXT record never appears in my DNS zone when renewal runs :cross_mark:

Everything looks correct but Netlify’s system isn’t placing the _acme-challenge TXT record automatically. I’ve seen others with the same issue get it fixed by staff using internal tools. Can someone please manually re-provision the certificate?
