DNS provider: Netlify DNS
The domain is delegated at the registrar to the four Netlify name servers shown in my Netlify DNS zone.
The Netlify DNS zone contains only the two automatically generated NETLIFY records: one for the apex domain and one for www. Both target my Netlify site.
The HTTP version of the site is reachable, but HTTPS is unavailable. Chrome shows “Not secure”.
Netlify shows this error:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
DNS verification has succeeded, but certificate provisioning has failed for four days. I have already used “Verify DNS configuration” and “Retry DNS verification” many times; it does not resolve the issue.
Could you please inspect and reset or retry the certificate provisioning / ACME order for both custom domains?
The HTTP site is reachable, but HTTPS still cannot be provisioned.
Could you please inspect the internal ACME / certificate order and manually reset or reissue the certificate for both kamen-art[dot]com and www[dot]kamen-art[dot]com?
„I ran Let’s Debug using HTTP-01 for both custom domains. Both tests return ‘All OK’. I have attached screenshots for kamen-art.com and www.kamen-art.com. Could you please reset or reissue the pending Let’s Encrypt certificate order for both domains?“
I currently have a temporary custom ZeroSSL certificate installed and active until 10 November 2026.
Could you please confirm whether Netlify can now provision a Netlify-managed Let’s Encrypt certificate for both kamen-art.com and www.kamen-art.com, or reset/retry the failed ACME order? DNS remains managed by Netlify and the previous HTTP-01 checks passed for both domains.
I would like to test the switch well before the custom certificate expires.
