Hi, my custom domain SSL certificate has been stuck for 3+ days and I can’t provision it.
- Site name: fancy-crumble-0e0258
- Custom domain: gaonlaw.co.kr (also www.gaonlaw.co.kr)
- DNS: Netlify DNS (your nameservers, dns1-4.p09.nsone.net)
- Plan: Free
The HTTPS panel keeps cycling between “DNS verification was successful” and, after I click “Provision certificate”, “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
I’ve already checked the usual causes and they are all clean:
- No CAA record on gaonlaw.co.kr
- No AAAA record
- No DNSSEC (no DS record)
- Apex and www both resolve to your load balancer IPs
Importantly, my other site’s domain hyetaek.kr uses the identical Netlify DNS setup and provisioned its certificate with no problem, so the DNS configuration is definitely correct.
I suspect I hit a Let’s Encrypt rate limit from repeatedly clicking Verify/Provision over the last few days. Could you please force-provision the certificate for gaonlaw.co.kr, or tell me the exact Let’s Encrypt error so I can resolve it?
Thank you.
