SSL cert not served at edge — ACME OrderNotReady, renewal and custom cert upload both fail to deploy

Site: ironwood-books.netlify.app

Custom domain: ironwoodbooks.com

Site ID: 9964557b-e176-4b50-8469-bcd8aa0f06c6

Problem: My SSL certificate is not being served at the CDN edge. The site has been down for weeks. The original error was Acme::Client::Error::OrderNotReady: Order’s status (“valid”) is not acceptable for finalization.

I have tried: Dashboard Renew button, API ssl/renew, uploading a custom cert via certbot, switching back to Let’s Encrypt via dashboard, multiple deploys, removing and re-adding the custom domain. Nothing works.

The cert exists in the API (state=issued, no errors, expires 2026-09-25) but the edge does not serve it. ironwood-books.netlify.app works perfectly on the same IPs. TLS handshake with SNI ironwoodbooks.com fails with no peer certificate. SSL Labs shows A+ from west coast edge nodes but east coast nodes do not serve the cert.

Can an admin please flush the stuck SSL state and re-provision the edge CDN for ironwoodbooks.com?
