Issue: SSL certificate stuck in failed state despite correct DNS
DNS is on Netlify DNS. Both aspire.org.do and www.aspire.org.do show 
Netlify DNS in site settings. Let’s Debug shows “All OK” for HTTP-01 on aspire.org.do. No CAA records, no AAAA records. DNS has fully propagated. The certificate provisioning attempt failed early and is now stuck — please manually trigger provisioning.
