Site unreachable from Egypt — DNS resolves globally, ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

Hi,

My site is unreachable from Egypt on multiple devices and networks,
but works fine everywhere else.

Site: artandmoreeg.com
Netlify subdomain: artandmore-eg.netlify.app

What I have verified:

  • DNS propagation: 100% resolved worldwide (checked on dnschecker.org,
    zero failures on the map)
  • SSL/TLS: active, Let’s Encrypt, issued Sep 11
  • Domain management: artandmoreeg.com set as Primary domain,
both apex and www show “Netlify DNS” with green checkmarks
  • downforeveryoneorjustme.com reports “It’s up”

What happens from Egypt:

  • Tested on 3 different phones, on both WiFi and mobile data
  • Error: ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED
  • The .netlify.app subdomain also fails the same way

Since the connection is aborted rather than refused or timing out,
it looks like the request reaches your edge but the connection drops.
Could you check whether there is a routing or edge issue affecting
Egyptian ISPs?

Thank you.

Hi, @Hanawaleed7. The issue is at the ISP not at Netlify. The solution for this issue is for the customer of the ISP to contact them to tell them about the issue and have the fix it.

We have tried contacting the ISPs in Egypt and they do not respond to us. They will respond to their own customers, though.
