Site SSL and uptime keeps dropping

Domain https://www.coremortgage.com

Domain registered at GoDaddy and have directed:

A to 75.2.60.5
CNAME to www coremortgage.netlify.com.

The SSL scertificate keeps dropping and the site is not visible in multiple locations.

On Netlify keep getting that the Domian is being prepared.

It seems there is some issue in the Handshake.
