Site Showing "Not Secure" When Accessing Through WWW with Custom Domain

I launched a site for a client two days ago and some people are still having issues accessing it through the www subdomain which should just be redirecting.

The domain is https://arkwealthadvisors.com/

People are running into a “Not Secure” screen when accessing at this url:

And just like that, problem solved!

I renewed the Lets Encrypt certificate through Netlify and the www subdomain was added in.
