We received ‘credit consumed’ message and Netlify disabled our site. We purchased ‘additional credits’ and then when we tried to visit our custom domain site, ‘Site not Found - URL does not exist on Netlify’ popup presented to everyone trying to access our site.
That was 4 days ago and we are seeking desperate HELP with this issue, but nothing forthcoming from Netlify. Multiple requests sent to your online support.

I recently just uploaded a project and bought a custom domain, it work the day I bought it but the following day it stopped working and I got the message,“this team has exceeded the credit limit”, I was told that my site/project will work the following day month, now we are in a new month yet my site is still not working. I was told I can also pay but if I didn’t pay it will work in a new month.
I will really appreciate if my issue can be looked into and rectified as soon as possible and my website can be live again
I have the same problem, topup credits, but still cant see my website. Its project pokracujeme.netlify.app and also on custom domain pokracujeme.sk
Please help me I need my website live.
