My site “toctocteam” (ID a9af1e01-46a4-4c77-ac3e-30b0f189fecd) keeps being
automatically set to disabled, with the reason “Manually paused by user”.
I never paused it.

It happened at least four times in 24 hours:

- 2026-09-07 around 16:31 UTC
- 2026-09-07 around 17:05 UTC
- 2026-09-07 around 17:30 UTC
- overnight, found disabled again on 2026-09-08

Each time, every URL returns 404, including the immutable deploy URLs of
deploys that are in “ready” state. Re-enabling the site through the API
works, but the site is paused again a short time later.

This is not a bandwidth issue: 11.3 MB used out of the free allowance this
billing period. There are no failing builds, the site is deployed by direct
zip upload to the API, and all recent deploys are “ready”.

I am launching this site to real users on 1 October and I need to understand
why it keeps getting disabled.
