I currently have a free account, but I have run out of credits.
I tried to upgrade to the Personal plan, but my card was denied (Card Denied). I have already checked with my bank, and they confirm that everything is fine on their end.
The most critical issue is that my website is now completely DOWN!
Could you please assist me with this urgently? Please make the site active ASAP.

Great news: these days anyone can reach out to Netlify Support. First, you can try getting an answer using Ask Netlify, our helpful AI search tool. If your question isn’t answered there, you can submit a ticket using the support form, and we’ll take it from there.
