Our site has been disabled because our client (Best Buy) fraud department submitted a complaint by mistake.
They have been trying to retract this complaint but Netlify has not been able to process this second request.
Please advice

If so, that site sure seems like a scam site.
Most of the user interface is non-functional because it’s images, and some of the only links on the page are to .exe files of remote desktop software.
