I first raised this request on 7 June and, nearly two weeks later, still haven’t received a response. I’d really appreciate some help resolving it.
I’m trying to add my domain somalicorner. com to my current project somali-corner-site (somali-corner-site.netlify.app), on my team proj Tuke (account email: khalid.aden@hotmail. com.
When I try, I get this error: “somalicorner. com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The cause: I previously created a Netlify DNS zone for this domain on an old account that I have since deleted, so I can no longer access or remove that zone myself. I own the domain (registered at Squarespace) and I’ve added the verified-for-netlify TXT record to my DNS to prove ownership.
Please could you release/delete the orphaned DNS zone so I can connect somalicorner. com to my current account. It’s been 12 days, and I’d be grateful for a resolution.
